For the moment, we are applying the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellation 31 days prior to your arrival: no cancellation fee. The deposit is not refundable but will be held by us for a future stay.

• Cancellation between 30 days and 8 days prior to your arrival: the prepayment will be charged as cancellation fee

• Cancellation between 7 days and 1 day prior to your arrival: 90% of the total sum of your booking

• In case of Cancellation on the day of arrival, late arrival or early departure the whole booked period will be charged (100%)

• For appointments for beauty treatments in our wellness area that are not cancelled in time, the cancellation fee is 100% of the treatment’s price.

There can always happen something shortly before starting a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially protected.

In case your holiday has to start later, has to be interrupted earlier than originally planned, or you cannot start your trip at all,  cancellation fees can be taken over. In order that you have no unnecessary fees, we recommend to buy the HOGAST trip cancellation insurance, so that those costs will be taken over by HOGAST travel insurance.

A local tourist tax has been in effect in South Tyrol since January 1, 2014. The tax is charged by all accommodation providers on a per person, per night basis.

The current tourist tax is €3.70 per person per night and applies to all guests aged 14 and over.

From January 1, 2027, the tourist tax will increase to €4.00 per person per night and will apply to all guests aged 14 and over.

For the calculation of the tourist tax, the date of birth shown on the guest’s identification document at check-in will be taken as the reference.

The tourist tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid separately at the hotel.

Your hotel bill can be paid in cash up to a maximum of € 4.999 (only valid for EU citizen), credit cards (only VISA, Mastercard - AMEX is not accepted) and cash card/ debit card or bank transfer.

Your room is available from 2 p.m onwards. Please contact us telephonically if you are planning on arriving after 6 p.m.

Please free your room on your departure day by 10 a.m., so that it can be prepared for the next arrival on time. You´re very welcome to remain in the hotel for the rest of the day or relax in our wellness-center (supplementary fee € 40 per person - € 20 per child 3-14 years old).

The Almhof Hotel Call is a dog-friendly hotel. We kindly inform you that we only accept dogs.

We kindly remind you that dogs are very welcome in some types of rooms in our structure under the condition that they are well behaved, do not bark and do not disturb other guests. Please bear in mind that dogs are not allowed to enter the wellness area, the swimming pool and the restaurant. Furthermore, a small daily charge is applied for the extra cleaning costs (already included in the quote) and if necessary, a small final fee for a deep cleansing of the room may be charged.

No. All of our rooms are non-smoking areas. It is against Italian law to smoke on the hotel premises. Thank you for your understanding.

We would like to inform our guests that we cannot guarantee a specific room/suite number , a specific floor or a specific room (only the type of room that you booked), but we will do our best to accommodate your requests in this regard.

More and more people are sensitive to certain foods, such as lactose, gluten, histamine, alcohol, or sugar substitutes (e.g., sucrose). These specific dietary needs pose challenges for hotels and restaurants, especially when offering a diverse buffet or menu. Our kitchen places great emphasis on using local, regional, and organic products whenever possible. However, our traditional alpine dishes often rely on cheese, meat, and flour. At the same time, our menu always includes easily digestible dishes, fish options, and a vegetarian choice.

Each type of voucher (even Additive vouchers) can be redeemed only by presenting a copy (paper or digital) at reception during check-in.

A surcharge up to 100%  will be charged if you book a double as a single room. Please contact our reservation desk to check availability. 

Our offers include 3/4 board or bed and breakfast. Please note that there is no price difference between 3/4 board and half board.

If you have booked 3/4 board and would like bed and breakfast only, € 15 per night and per fully paying person will be deducted (the reduction does not apply to additional beds). There will be no reduction for dinners that have not been canceled on time. Also, there will be no price reduction for non-consumed meals such as breakfast or the afternoon buffet. Beverages are not part of the dinner package.

Surcharge of € 90 per adult and € 45 per child up to 12 years old. The Gala dinner includes a big aperitif, gala dinner and live music with dancing party.

We kindly inform our guests that the Almhof Hotel Call does not have an indoor car park, but the hotel has free outdoor parking available for guests (it is not possible to reserve a parking space).

We inform you that if the stay includes the presence of only one adult and one child, 2 full rates are always calculated regardless of the age of the children for any type of room/suite. Reductions concerning children apply only to extra beds (3rd or 4th person).

To ensure your vehicle runs smoothly during the winter months, we recommend filling at least half of your tank with Arctic diesel once you reach South Tyrol. Alternatively, you can add a special anti-freeze additive to regular diesel at least 50 km before arriving at the hotel. This helps prevent fuel from freezing in low temperatures

Non-residents can access the following services for a fee and by reservation:

• Day Spa
• Treatments and massages at the BelSana Center
• Restaurant

Access to the gym, participation in all excursions organized by Almhof Call, equipment rental, and motorcycle rental are for the exclusive use of hotel guests. External guests are not permitted to use these services (not even for a fee, or as a former guest of the hotel, or if you have friends staying at the hotel).

Please carefully check the number of guests when making your booking, as the price is based on the number of guests specified in the offer. Therefore, all guests who will be staying at the property must be included.

If any guests were not indicated in the request or during the online booking process, the corresponding additional charge will be applied at check-in.

Subscribing to the newsletter gives you a value voucher as a gift to be used during your stay at the Almhof Hotel Call:

• it is valid for stays of at least 3 nights
• it cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers or offers
• it cannot be combined for the same room with other Additive Vouchers (even for other people linked to the same room booked)
• it is possible to use only one Additive Voucher per room

We remind you that the Additive Voucher must be presented only and exclusively at the reception (in digital or paper form) - it can be used for stays at the Almhof Hotel Call and not for BelSana Centro treatments or massages.

Upon check-in, all hotel guests will receive an email with the Südtirol Guest Pass, which allows free travel on public transport (buses and trains with some exceptions) in the province of Bolzano.

• (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.

• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass. Starting in the 2025/2026 winter season, helmets will be mandatory on ski slopes for everyone, regardless of age.

During the summer season, the Almhof Hotel Call offers motorcycle rental by Rent-á-boxer (a BMW partner). Motorcycle rental is not included in the price of your stay, but is an additional cost. External guests can also contact us to rent a motorcycle.

Rental cost (from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm):

• € 223.70 per motorbike per day

Rental cost for guests of the Almhof Hotel Call****S (from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm) :

• €170.00 per motorcycle per day

The rental includes a maximum of 350 km per day (€1 will be charged for each additional km), and depending on the motorcycle model, the deductible is €1,200 plus 22% VAT in the event of damage. We only accept credit cards (VISA or Mastercard) and, of course, require a valid ID and driving license.

As we have limited models available, we kindly ask for advance reservations.

We do not rent equipment, clothing, or helmets, and we do not have access to a mechanic or workshop.

The swimming pool is accessible to all hotel guests, regardless of age, daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The wellness area is reserved exclusively for adults (18 years and over – naturist area) and is open from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Minors under the age of 14 may access the pool area only if accompanied and continuously and directly supervised by a responsible adult, who shall retain full responsibility and all supervisory obligations

Yes, subject to the availability of the dining room, it is possible to request to have dinner together with guests staying in different rooms. In order to allow us to organize this properly, the request must be made at least one week before arrival. For privacy reasons, the request must be sent by e-mail or communicated by phone, indicating the booking numbers of all the rooms involved.
