General conditions
Room check-in time is from 2 p.m. Please, call us if you plan to arrive after 7 p.m.
In case of no use of services - without cancelling the beauty and vitality services in due time - we will invoice 50% of the service price. For a room with single occupancy we will charge 50% extra charge on the different indicated category prices. All prices previous to this new price lists are invalid. For fix reservations we require the payment in advance of € 150,00 per person by eurocheck or on our bank account at Reiffeisen St. Vigil in Enneberg/San Vigilio di Marebbe, ABI code 08010 - CAB code 58550 - c.a. 030500246-0. The advance payment is a contribution for revenue loss and a reservation service fee. We will be glad to offer you against payment a trip cancellation insurance. In case of early departure or late arrival, we will invoice the full booked stay. We would be pleased if you could possibly book your arrival and departure on a Saturday.
